  1. Palette Hub act as a staging partner & a service provider for the artists. Pricing levels on our website are defined by the artists directly & are not influenced by us. We are paid a nominal % for the services and support we provide to run their store on our portal.
  2. If you come across compatible artefacts sold at lower price, contact us with relevant evidence prior to your purchase. We will be happy to reconfirm with the artist & possibly match the price.
  3. ‘Made to Order’ pieces (reproduction or recreation) & their pricing is sole decision of an artist & is not influenced by Palette Hub.
  4. For ‘Made to Order’ – payment terms are 50% advance & 50% prior to dispatch. Relevant images of creations will be sent to you once the item is ready for dispatch. Dispatch will be activated only once remaining 50% payment is received.
  5. The orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless the provided information proves to be inaccurate from the artists or Palette Hub.
  6. Customized orders can be cancelled within 24 Hrs only, Rufund will be based on confirmation from our payment gateway. Also we may deduct the amount if any charges applicable to us.
  7. All relevant details about artefacts like description, dimensions, availability etc. are as informed by the artists. Marginal differences are unavoidable being handmade.
  8. The buyer must check the order summery before validating their purchase thus correct potential mistakes.
  9. The buyer’s purchase & payment will be validated within 48 Hrs from the order, once the availability is reconfirmed by the artists.
  10. If the artwork is no longer available, an email informing the buyer will be sent within 48 hours, cancelling the order.
  1. Palette Hub hold no responsibility in case of any action or claim against copyright brought by a third party. Our creators are self-made hobbyists so they may be inspired by the others. Even though we encourage them to create their own original & authentic master pieces, with individualized space for the artists, we cannot regulate all artwork uploads. Nevertheless, if we are notified on time with valid verifications, we will inform the concern artists immediately for necessary action.
  2. Our artists retain their ethical right on the sold artwork & its reproduction as a creator.
  1. Ex works readiness for the artwork is as stated by the artists based on availability or reproduction. In addition, shipment may require around 5-30 working days depending on the dimensions, care for transport, pick up point & destination.
  2. Lead- time may differ for different artefacts even for multiple purchases from the same artists to be confirmed as stated in the description.
  3. If your purchase is a gift for your loved ones, send us an E mail with the order no & we will check with our artists for gift wrapping. However, it is their sole decision & we do not guarantee for the same.
  4. Material will be directly dispatched by the artist to the delivery address. Once received please ensure to check everything.

Some of our mandatory conditions to the Artists are quality check, Transparency & ensuring necessary images of the artwork prior to dispatch.

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged claim need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Write to us at Assist@pastelshades.ae with all relevant images and feedback.
  2. Returns & refunds for damaged goods are subject to approval based on investigation together with the artists & our shipping team.
  3. According to the extent of the damage, we will revert with process for return of goods or repair if there is a scope, refund or a discount voucher to compensate. Palette Hub hold all the rights for decision subject to check on history & approvals.
  4. We will initiate the refund after receiving the item back and it gone through the necessary quality checks. We may decide either to proceed with refund or credit to the buyer due to the modest background of our artists or difficulty in returning goods to the source.
  5. Once claim for return is authorised & confirmed for pick up, it should be handed over in original condition as received with same packaging, tags & cards. Please ensure to collect the acknowledgement receipt as confirmation.
1. Material used for the artwork is sole discretion of our artists. Description on the artworks page should be self – explanatory incl. use of recycled material if any. In case if you still have any specific questions, please write to us at ask@palettehubart.com & we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Right description & relevant images for the uploaded artwork is the one of the mandatory conditions for our artists. Palette Hub do not take the responsibility for missing information or misinterpretation if any. However any concerns raised we will be happy to enquire with our artists & take necessary action. In case of such situations if you wish to cancel the order as long as material is not dispatched, Refund can be arranged once we validate the information.
3. Palette Hub hold no liability in case if the used substance happened to be banned in your country. We encourage our artists to add description as much as possible with transparency. So that necessary details can be confirmed by you prior to your purchase.
